Homework
;luj
This year we are trying a few new things with how we set homework. We are very mindful that in the event of a bubble closing or a further national lockdown, children will need to once again be accessing learning online. To ensure they don’t forget these skills over the course of this term, we are setting homework online using their class blogs.

You can access the blogs either through your child’s class page or by clicking on the relevant links below.

You will also see we have added a Spanish blog (similar to the one we had up and running in lockdown). Whilst your child is not required to complete weekly Spanish homework, do encourage them to log on to the blog and see the fun things Mr Gonzalo has posted.
Caterpillars – fun activities only (Caterpillars are not set weekly homework).
Spanish – whole school (coming soon)

Google Classroom

In the event of a class bubble closing, we have decided to use the online platform Google Classroom to teach home learning. We have been introducing the pupils to logging in and trying it at school. This weekend, we would like all pupils to try and log in and complete a short activity, their teacher has created for them, at home. This way, we will know who can and cannot access Google Classroom, and be able to provide support to those having trouble.

Please see Miss Gluyas' how-to video below that shows you, step-by-step, how to log onto Google Classroom and how to access the first activity. We look forward to seeing your online responses.
